Ancestors and Past Lives
Know that you are supported by those who have come before you. There are hidden messages available for the asking. There are stories and vibrations held in your cellular memory, which can work for or against you in your current life.
There are issues, habits and thoughts hindering you on your life path. Some behaviors and belief systems passed down may no longer serve you or those who’ll come after. It is time to break those ties and cut those etheric cords. Look for answers from your ancestors. Seek the knowledge of elders in your community. It is like a current, either changing or stagnating. When you take step to further your spiritual growth, your cellular memory and your ancestors will also move forward into spiritual enlightenment and evolution.

Compassion and Empathy
Practice empathy by seeing yourself in the other person’s shoes. Try to see every situation from both sides. Are you an empath? Do you find yourself affected by everything that happens around you? It is a beautiful gift to feel and love in such a deep way, but it’s also important to be compassionate toward yourself and protect your energy. The more clarity you have about who you are, and the more you’re able to accept and forgive your own shortcomings and mistakes, the more compassion you will have toward yourself and others.
Don’t confuse empathy with codependence. Don’t get so caught up in understanding others that you excuse bad behavior. Don’t allow others to mistreat or hurt you. Connect to your inner child and heal your wounded parts. It is when you face your weaknesses and forgive and accept yourself that you begin to absolutely love yourself for who you are. When you do that, you will have true empathy and compassion or others. Remember to honor yourself, and don’t replace your needs with those of another.

Are you feeling timid and afraid to be yourself? Are you bullied, criticized, or rejected when you try to live your life authentically? Don’t be discouraged; shine forth into the world with your own unique light.
Liberate yourself from hurtful memories. Be courageous; forgive others so you may live more gracefully in your authentic truth. Each day is a gift to be lived. Be grateful to be alive. You are worthy and have something valuable to give to the world.
There is no need to sacrifice your unique values and needs for those of others. To do so can bring depression, resentment, and bitterness. Surround yourself with those who appreciate and welcome you as you are. Be strong and steadfast about your beliefs and what you are passionate about. Be honest with yourself; live in alignment with what you believe and you will feel peaceful and powerful.
Love yourself just as you are, perfectly and uniquely you. As long as you are led by love toward the good of all, your path is blessed.
