If my heart fills up much more with love, I think it will burst wide open. I have never felt like this before in my life. I can’t believe that there is this much physical pain in the expansion of my heart by the increase of unconditional love. But perhaps it is like childbirth. A woman’ body needs to expand to release the child within when the time is right. The pain can’t be stopped until the child emerges and begins its life outside the womb.
I will not and cannot stop this expansion of my heart center. I have to see where it leads, what will come of this development. Perhaps a heart has to explode from the buildup and intensity of a power beyond any comprehension. I wonder what that looks like, a heart bursting wide open and releasing unconditional love out to the world.
I imagine a flurry of glitter cascading down on anyone or anything near me. Then, as the glitter is lifted by the wind, each piece lands on a human heart in need of comfort, hope, trust and faith. The tiny seed begins to grow within, nurtured by the same spark that gave life to us all. Some grow quicker than others, yet all reach a maturity in divine timing.
If you are working to live a heart-centered life and your heart is expanding beyond what is comfortable for you, relax. The pain will subside when you trust the process. All is as it should be. Possibly the worst action for you is to try to shut down your heart and not feel the pain. You have come so far and to deny the rising energy of unconditional love, will only bring more heartache to you.
Love is our birthright. It is a gift from our Creator and meant to be felt, shared and allowed to grow as the life-force it is. Even though unconditional love is the ultimate super-power, trying to contain it or prevent it from manifesting in the physical world is like trying to keep water in a cracked vase. Sooner or later, the water will find a way to seep out of the crack.
Love cannot be contained. It needs to be set free and given away, even to those who seem undeserving of it, who perhaps need it most of all. Humans are flawed creatures and will push away what they most desire out of fear, fear of rejection, abandonment, unworthiness and emotional pain. When the decision to let love in is made, love often comes unannounced, sometimes unnoticed but always revealing itself eventually when the walls of the heart come down in acceptance.
It takes great courage to open the heart after it has been broken. But the greater the desire to feel the pure energy of love within, the more love finds a way to come into a willing heart. Once the incredible sensation of love without conditions is experienced, the way forward begins to open up.
Love comes in bits and pieces, each one an encounter with Creator, who is pure and unlimited in power to open hearts and minds to living in love. Love heals all wounds, but you need to do your part also. You need to be ready to release all you no longer need and willingly open you heart, even just a little at a time, so love can enter your heart.
When love from your creator comes to you, you will know it by how you feel. You will feel your heart expand and joy occurs in your experience on a daily basis. There is no need to run from any pain you may feel but know that with the love also comes the healing of your heart. Trust and have faith. The love you have been seeking has also been seeking you. Look within your heart and see the tiny seed sprouting. Feel the love. Nurture it and grow with it. It was always there, tucked away in your heart, where it waited patiently for you to seek it.
