SHINE YOUR LIGHT: When you are in your power, your inner light shines forth with an intensity that reduces all negativity and darkness. People take notice of you; they may not understand why. All they know is how good they feel when you are around. Your inner light is one of your super-powers.
One of the greatest acts you can do is to allow your inner light to shine wherever you are. Feeling strong, positive and happy creates a massive shift in others when they are within your field of energy. This field contains a safe space where others can open up to the good feeling surrounding you. They let down their guard, relax and begin to enjoy the moment. Interactions flow easily and connections are created.
This is something you can do anywhere you go. The grocery store or walking down the street, interacting with everyone just by smiling, you have no idea how that one smile can affect someone’s day or even their life. When you smile at someone, because of the energy within your smile, they usually smile in response to you. Your smile delivers joy and a bit of happiness to the person you smile at.
Sharing your light and smiling creates an instant Connection with people. Connection reminds you to stay in touch with the people you care about. Using whatever is easy and available helps to maintain relationships. Connection also speaks to relationships of all kinds, our pets, the plants we take care of and those that grow wild, the birds and animals that live in your area as well as our planet, Mother Earth.
Your spiritual connection to your guides and the angels is also very important. You are never alone. There are beings that watch over you constantly. They can protect you and provide information, but you need to connect with them and ask for assistance. Because of our free will, they cannot do anything until we ask them for help. Doing that is as easy as saying, “My angels and guides, I ask for your assistance at this time.” Talk to them with respect, much as you would a valued friend. They are eager to help you, so speak up!
Bliss is often found in the things in life that create feelings of extreme contentment, happiness and love within you. Bliss can be found in the childhood activities you once enjoyed. Walking in an area that has been allowed to exist in its natural state is bliss-inducing. Spending time with a close friend doing something you both enjoy brings that special feeling.
Bliss is where you find it. What is one person’s bliss may not be another’s blissful activity. It is an individual experience even when shared with someone else as we all see things through our own eyes and heart. When you actively look for your bliss, you will discover more and more situations that bring on those feelings of bliss you are seeking.
Journaling about your day and what you have experienced, helps to process what’s on your mind, to consider and think in an unprompted way. Revelations often come when the pen is put to paper, although, at times, information you need comes through so quickly, it easier to use a computer to get it all down.
Journaling is a nice way to record events in your life that might otherwise be forgotten. Looking back over past entries in a journal allows us to see clearly where we have been and where we are now. It also helps us to keep track of important dates like birthdays, marriages and deaths. Kept up over years, a personal journal is the history of your relationships, family and perhaps world events that need to be recorded as you experienced them.
Journaling is also cathartic as putting the words down on paper allows your painful or difficult emotions to be brought to light. It releases the energy from your heart, lessening the effect they have on how you feel. Seeing the words that describe how you feel provides space for you to reflect on your emotions. Understanding comes when you view them from detached observation. Releasing them in this way offers relief from feeling them.
