When we are filled with high vibrational energy, we glow. Other people can see our inner light shining out from us yet we can’t see it ourself. This energy affects everyone we are around and their vibrational energy is increased just by being in our vicinity. Their emotions move into greater feelings of peace, happiness and optimism quickly.
You can improve the vibrational energy wherever you go just by raising your energy and allowing it to fill a room, building or outside space. This is done through sending your inner heart-light out from your chest. See it flowing out from yourself, encompassing all within your sphere of influence. Observe the energy exchange and how it affects everything from plants, animals, to people.
This is an easy way to begin to make changes on our planet. It is available to everyone. Imagine what might happen if everyone used this simple method of improving the energy around us.
