I spent a lifetime looking for love, in so many faces and all the wrong places. and I discovered that – Cowboys just wanted to horse around, Golfers kept losing their balls and Jocks couldn’t perform without their junk in a sling.
Not much love there so I turned to food, the seductive sweetness of cookies warm from the oven; donuts and sweet rolls for beginning the day jacked up on a sugar high. Oh, how I love sweets but not the resulting weight gain.
After that, there was alcohol within the seedy atmosphere of a bar. Add a juke box, a pool table and seven or eight guys — now there was some fun to be had! But good times don’t equal good love, another dead end.
But in spite of all my searching, a lasting love was no where to be found. My first marriage didn’t last as long as my first long-term relationship. I eventually remarried, beginning a long-term relationship of almost 30 years. I know I am loved but its still not the love I’ve been searching for.
My spiritual awakening jumped into high gear in 2017. It’s been four and a half years of gut wrenching, sleepless dark nights of the soul. I got knocked to my knees more times than I want to remember. There were mixed moments of pure, peace-filled bliss and ecstasy, along with tears and laughter, doubt, fear and forgiveness.
AND LOVE! I found an amazing love in the one place I’d never looked. I discovered it within my own heart. It was there all along and it always will be there. I cannot lose it. It can never be taken away. It is mine for all time.
When I began to live in my heart center, I lost things. I lost feelings of Judgement, Unforgiveness. Co-dependence. I lost my mask and my need for material things. I lost Negativity and Fear. All of those emotional hang-ups no longer caused me pain and suffering.
This is what I received in exchange: Compassion. Joy. Miracles. Authenticity. Courage. Peace. Faith. Trust. Positivity. A soft place to land. And Self-Love.
When you get tapped into your heart center, everything changes! How you perceive the world around you, seen through the eyes of unconditional love, you understand that every sentient being on this planet is sacred. Everything you see is sacred and loved by the Creator. There is much freedom and power in a heart-centered life.
My message is for every woman who has looked for love from an external source; the young girl just beginning to think about love; the young woman who has had her heart broken; the woman in a marriage or relationship that no longer provides for her needs, and every elder woman whose husband or partner has passed over and left her alone.
I want you to realize that a lasting love doesn’t come from an external source that can be taken away; to gain the understanding that love already exists within your heart and can be accessed at any time. I want you to have something when an external love has left you. I want you to discover the love that lives in your heart so that when an external love does walk away, you still have the love that lives in your heart; a love that will never leave you, a love that will always be there when you need comforting, and a love that exists only for you.
Please, stop looking for love in all the wrong places; descend into your heart to the divine love that is within you. Access this love within and get acquainted with how it feels to truly have a love that will never walk away. I want you to find that love within you and all the wonderful experiences that come with it; unconditional love, peace and joy and the compassion that allows you to see each person as a child of the Creator, as worthy and deserving of love as you are. We return to the heart to reclaim what was always ours, the Divine Love from our Creator.
MEDITATION INTO THE HEART
I’m going to share with you right now a meditation into your heart.
Place your hands on your heart. Close your eyes. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, take some breaths. Exhale longer than the inhale. Feel your body relax. Let all tension float away.
Using your imagination, allow your consciousness to drop down into your heart. There is no right or wrong way to experience this.
Feel your heart around you. Feel its heat bathe you tenderly. Feel the power of Divine Love holding you gently. Know that you are home. Know that all you need is within you. Know that the Original Creator of Your Soul loves you as their divine daughter. Take a moment to remember all of this. When you are ready, come back to your room. You can use this meditation to return to your heart whenever you choose. It is your soft place to land.
If women of compassion and heart governed this world, there would be no war because no woman would send her son or daughter to kill another woman’s child. It just wouldn’t happen.
Their compassion and love would extend to all sentient beings on Mother Earth; the flyers and crawlers, the swimmers, two and four legged, the winged ones, the stone people, the tree people. All beings are important for each has a piece of the Grand Mosaic.
If love ran wild on this planet, no one would kill a lion or elephant just for the trophy. They would love that animal just as it is, alive and running free. The land would not be raped for the treasure it contains, not for gold, oil, crystals or trees. People living from their heart could never destroy anything out of greed or power.
LADIES, WE are the ones who will create the change-over to a feminine energy on this planet again. This is only accomplished through the heart, through love. WE are the life-givers. WE are the care givers. WE are the peace-bringers! Women of great courage will bring in the Divine Feminine energy for the New Age of Heaven on Earth.
This is what each of us can do to effectively change our life, the lives of family and friends, the lives in our community, spreading out over the land until all beings discover the divine love within for themselves.
IT BEGINS WITH US, INDIVIDUALLY, WITH COMPASSION AND LOVE FOR ALL!!

When we are afraid, we pull back from life.
When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer,
With Passion, Excitement and Acceptance.
We need to learn to love ourselves first,
In all our glory and imperfections.
If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability
To love others or our own potential to create.
