The selection of a Spiritual Guide is a personal one. The person your best friend recommends may not be the best one for you. The social media guru who has the most followers on Facebook, YouTube or Instagram may have a full schedule extending months into the future. The best thing you can do, is to place your trust in Spirit and ask to be shown who will be the perfect spiritual guide for you.

One of the first questions you should ask before engaging with a guide, is to ask them who they serve. If they look at you in puzzlement, not understanding your question, move on. The correct answer is and will always be, “I serve the greater collective” or some variation of this statement. The unspoken and incorrect answer will be “I serve myself”.  Bottom line is always, always trust your gut. If the situation doesn’t feel right, it’s okay to disengage from the person. You can do this at any time. After all, you’re there for you, not them, so don’t worry about hurting their feelings. End the session, pay them for their time and leave.

In my opinion, a guide will show an interest in you asking why you are there, do you want a general reading or have a specific question in mind. Finding these things out will allow the guide to get right into the reading with no time wasted on a general reading when you have something on your mind you desire clarity for. This also allows the guide’s connection with Spirit to be clearer, more on purpose with the information that comes through for you.

You are paying for a specific amount of time. This is your time and the clearer you are in your mind about why you are there, the better guidance you will receive. Feel free to ask questions, use your time wisely. There is an old believe that you shouldn’t offer any information because if a psychic really is psychic, they will know everything about you. This is not so. If you want a great reading, share your concerns and Spirit will provide the wisdom you seek.

If you find a guide that you decide to work long term with, never, never, ever have sex with them if they tell you that Spirit says you should. This kind of statement is used by both male and female spiritual teachers. It comes from an over-inflated ego accompanied by a need for power and control. Do not fall for this and run as fast as you can if you find yourself in this position. Do not keep this situation to yourself. Tell everyone you know to prevent others from falling into this trap.

Not all spiritual guides receive information in the same manner. Some see images in their mind, others hear the information while other just know the right message. Most of them use some type of tarot or oracle cards.  These aid the reader in receiving the guidance from Spirit that their client needs at the time. There are  spiritual guides who are so tuned in through their intuition, that they have a clear connection with their personal guides. These people use no cards nor other methods of communicating with Spirit. It matters not how a spiritual guide receives the information. All have learned through time and experience to completely trust the messages as they come to them.

There are many wonderful spiritual guides and psychic readers who have come here at this time to be a benefit to people who are seeking guidance, who need some direction on their personal path and who want to grow into a more spiritual lifestyle. Ask to be directed to the best person for you and trust that Spirit will show you who that person is. You will know by the way you feel an immediate connection with that person when you meet them for the first time.

“I work for the Divine as a transformational writer. I take dictation from Spirit, providing information and knowledge for those who seek it. I enjoy this service immensely! It provides a sense of purpose to all that I have experienced in my life as well as beyond that within past lives. It is sacred, holy work and I am appreciative of all the wisdom that comes through from Spirit for the benefit of all beings.” Blessings to each of you!
