I live in America and I am deeply saddened by what is going on at our southern border. The children are suffering, and I want to help them but what can I do? Water and whistles are all I can think of. Water for the thirsty and whistles for the girls to sound the alarm when they are being molested and sexually abused.
I feel like this is our holocaust. Who will stand up for these children? Who will give them the help they really need? Our government is supporting human trafficking and fully complicit in the rapes and abuse of young children who have no one to protect them. Who will stop the slavery that these children are sold into as they owe money to the cartels and child traffickers? How can the Biden-Harris administration continue to allow this to happen? Since they are doing next to nothing to stop the influx of unaccompanied children being brought to the U.S., they are a huge part of the problem.
It breaks my heart to see the images of two very young girls being dropped from a 20-foot border wall. Dropped off in the middle of the desert and left by the cartel coyotes who brought them to the States. I feel there should be a bounty placed on the heads of these human pieces of shit. They should be shot on sight and turned in for the money. How seemingly intelligent people can see this and do nothing is something I cannot understand.
Why must the children suffer? Their own mothers sell them into this situation in the hope that they might find a better life in America. If the mothers knew the truth of what their little girls and little boys endure on the long trek to a better place, would they still send them? Are they really better off coming to America right now? If things are so bad in their home country, how much worse are they making it for their children as they travel with the coyotes? Alone, motherless, fatherless with no one to defend them, how much mental instability can they handle? How much more abuse must they endure before they get to the promised land?
I pray for guidance daily on this subject. I pray for the safety of all children who are being brought to America. I cannot understand how good-hearted people can allow this happen on their watch. Who will stand up for these kids and provide safety for them as they are sexually molested by other older kids in the holding facilities? Who has the courage to take a stand, saying no more? Who will step up and help stop this travesty?
