It’s time to take the initiative, stand upright in our divinity and co-create life in our image in partnership with Source. If we don’t like what we see in our world, we can choose to expect to see what we do like. Wherever we are, we can find one thing to like. That one thing will lead us to another and another good thing. This might take some practice, but the results are so worth it. Focus on something to like in all circumstances and your life will improve.
Let’s take this creation action one step further. Imagine yourself sitting at a computer. You are programming your next day, all the emotions you want to experience through the day. You are programming tomorrow by your thoughts and feelings today, so it is appropriate to set your intentions for the next day by how you feel right now.
How do you feel in this moment? Happy? Sad? Indifferent? What do you want to feel? What emotion will improve how you feel? What can you do to bring more of that feeling into your life now?
Decide to choose how you want to feel. You do not have to be at the mercy of life circumstances emotionally. If you are feeling down, remember- nothing lasts forever and that includes moods. (Use this thought to cheer you up a bit.) Keep your sense of humor and look for the funny side. Will this matter a year from now? Probably not! Allow your focus to be shifted to a better feeling mental image. Choose to create better feeling emotions for yourself.
You are the co-creator of your life. Go for it. Tap in to how you want to feel. One good feeling leads to another. When you feel happiness, you open the door to let more happiness inside you. When you make the decision to be happy, don’t forget to share it with others.
