I AM a Divine Warrioress. I came to this knowledge in my elder years though I suspect my warrioress aspect was within me all along. She showed up when she was needed. Courageous beyond all wisdom at times, she stepped into challenges with confidence, sometimes dangerously so. She could never stand by when an animal or human was being abused. Her guardian angels worked overtime some days, keeping her safe from herself.
It wasn’t until a few years ago when I was given the title of “Bitch of the Neighborhood”, that I recognized my inner warrioress for who she truly was. This is the incident that prompted that title. I was relaxing in the living room when I heard a crash and what sounded like a dog had been hit by a car. I quickly went outside to see what happened. Down at the corner, a young woman driving a motorcycle, had missed the turn and hit the curb. She had been tossed off the bike into the bushes. Luckily, there were no obvious injuries.
Her boyfriend, who owned the bike came running down the street. I felt upset at him for letting the gal ride the motorcycle when she obviously didn’t have enough experience. He picked her up and started to walk away. I yelled at him, telling him to take her to the emergency room to confirm she was all right or not. He began to yell back at me. We were both standing in the street. He put the gal down and walked back to pick up his bike. I yelled at him some more. He looked over his shoulder at me and kept walking. The gal went with him.
Seems so ridiculous now, thinking back on the situation. My neighbor, Mary, who lives on the corner where the bike was crashed, came over to talk. She was so happy that I had taken on the guy. She thanked me and declared, “You are the Bitch of the Neighborhood”. I laughed at what she had said, not realizing that Mary never would have confronted the guy.
In spite of my warrior status, violence is not in my nature. I am a warrioress in service to Divine Love. Truth is my shield and Love is my sword. It is my bound duty to promote and instruct the collective on unconditional love and their connection to their creator. I am divinely guided each and everyday as I continue to grow and expand as a sovereign being. My relationship with my creator is difficult to describe as it is deeply personal.
Like many people, I had no relationship with God or even wanted to understand who my creator is. What I learned from my few interactions with organized religion left me with no desire to know God. The majority of what I heard in various churches was that God was angry and vengeful. Why would I want any thing to do with someone like that? I had to remove religion from God to discover what an amazing experience a true connection with God is.
This connection I have with my Creator didn’t come over-night and it certainly wasn’t easy. I was guided to information that enabled me to gain a knowledge of who I am. I learned that I am a divine soul having a human experience for the purpose of remembering why I incarnated on this planet at this particular time. With the realization that I am a divine soul, came a desire to discover my relationship with my Creator.
I already knew that I didn’t need a priest or pastor to speak to God on my behalf. I understood I could do this on my own. However, it never occurred to me that I should speak with God for guidance, help or love. I didn’t yet understand that God wasn’t sitting off-earth on a cloud somewhere. I didn’t know that God was within me and always had been. All the love I had been seeking outside myself was there all the time in my heart.
I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to share my story as I am guided to and hopefully inspire you to explore the reality of who you truly are and who your creator is. I know that you will be shown these truths when it is time for you to expand your understanding. I can only say that my life has developed in ways I never knew were possible. My daily joy and happiness give me encouragement to keep listening to my inner guidance. My commitment to service provides a fulfilling way for me give back to the collective.
It is my hope that my story will encourage you to look at who you are and learn to understand your truth. There is no wrong or right way to do this. Guidance comes when you sincerely ask for it. Divine timing is at work in all of our lives and needed information comes to us when we are open to receive it. Open your mind, open your heart to divine love and be receptive to the voice of Spirit when you hear it.
